Combed cotton
It refers to the post-processing method of removing some short fibers and remaining in the fiber during the processing. The yarns spun from the comb are clean, tidy and shiny than the normal yarns.
Mercerized cotton
This is a method of alkali reduction for cotton or cotton fabrics. After being mercerized, the cotton yarn or fabric is increased in strength to obtain silky luster, and can improve the fixing and coloring properties of the yarn or fabric during the dyeing and finishing process.
Flannel
It is usually woven from cotton yarn and cut on one or both sides of the fabric, the quality of which is between plain and twill fabric. The velvet treatment gives the fabric a fluffy surface, giving the fabric a soft texture, so the flannel fabric has a good hand. This fabric has good thermal insulation properties and can be used to keep out the cold in winter.
Knitted flat cloth
This is a knitted fabric made of jersey, which is usually woven with a circular knitting machine or a flat knitting machine. Knitted fabrics have excellent handling properties, excellent elasticity and drapability. This fabric is soft and comfortable to wear, and our favorite T-shirts are usually made of this fabric.
High-density high-density cotton cloth
A high-density plain weave fabric whose fabric is generally woven from combed cotton yarn. High-density cotton sheets are the best sheets available today. The high count yarn gives the fabric a soft hand and a silky luster. Suitable for bed sheets and bedspreads. Its quality is comparable to linen.
Cotton brocade
There are more floating points in a tissue loop, so it has a soft hand and a more lustrous appearance. Usually woven from mercerized combed cotton, cotton brocade has a smooth, silky feel, and the surface is bright and rich.
